MOVIE MAKING:
Its time to show the crowd the world through your eyes.
· In this event the participating teams will have to make a movie on the topic “True Goan Spirit”
· Max number of participants: 2 per college
· The movie must be in the form of a documentary. A recorded enactment will not be accepted. The documentary should be an original creation of the participants and should not consist of clips/clippings of other movies.
· The narrative to the movie maybe in Konkani, Hindi or English. The movie maybe a silent film too. The participants may use background music/audio effects as they deem fit. The organizers will not provide any equipment for this event other than the basic equipment for screening of the movie.
· Duration of the film: - Maximum 6 min. (inclusive of recitals, acknowledgements if any etc). No extension of time will be granted.
· The movies must be submitted by 11am on the first day of the competition.
· The participating teams should submit their entries in VCD format on a VCD.
