Membership is open for
students of the LL.B (Hons) course. |

The student should be computer literate. |

3. |
The membership of Cyber Legal Aid
shall not exceed 8 in number. |

4. |
A member of Cyber Legal Aid shall
not take up additional membership with any other Free Legal Aid
Cell run by the College. |

5. |
Only after a vacancy has been created,
a new member can be admitted by the In charge with the Principal’s
approval. |
| |
6. |
A member may voluntarily relinquish
his membership by making an application to the effect. The application
shall be addressed to the Principal and an acknowledged copy to
be served to the Cyber Legal Aid In charge. |

7. |
A member can loose his membership
to Cyber Legal Aid on the following grounds: |
| |
a. |
A member having less than 75% attendance
recorded on the attendance register of Cyber Legal Aid |
| |
b. |
On grounds of Misconduct. |
| |
c. |
Or any other grounds of Disqualification
laid down by the Legal Aid Society of the college. |
