Timing: 10 00 am. to 11.00 am.

The programme on Consumer Rights was conducted for the students of Std. X, and was attended by the Principal Mrs. A. Karpe, and by the class teacher.

1. The programme began with an introduction given by the cell Incharge Ms. Gleerose.

2. It was followed by a skit, illustrating the deficiency in services and sale of defective goods, which was enacted by: Yunna, Neha , Marc, Amay and the narration was done by Gleerose.

3. In the skit Mr. Amay explained the procedure of filing a complaint in the consumer court and various redressing agencies under Consumer Protection Act.

4. It was followed by a Quiz Competition, which was conducted by Mr. Marc and Ms. Yunna.

5. Ms. Neha explained the Do’s and Don’t s that a consumer should bear in mind while making purchases or hiring services, the same was explained with the help of a chart.

6. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by the cell Incharge Ms. Gleerose.
