ADMISSION PROCEDURES/REGULATIONS/FEE STRUCTURE -
LLB DEGREE PROGRAM (3 YEARS)
Eligibility  
A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the LLB Degree Program (Three Years Course), subject to scoring a minimum of 45% at the Bachelors Degree examination of Goa University or equivalent, in any stream/branch of study for admission to first year of the program. As per the Bar Council directive, fractions cannot be rounded off for the purpose of eligibility for admission.

Students from other universities should obtain the eligibility from Goa University before seeking admission to the First Year L.L.B. of the three year course.

Only candidates who have appeared for the Goa Law Common Admission Test(CAT) shall alone be eligible for admission to the first year of the three year program.

Library fees  : INR 300.00
Miscellaneous Fees : INR 100.00
Extra Curricular Fees : INR 100.00
Student Aid Fund : INR 60.00
Total : INR 1,860. 00
 
Note: In addition to the above, university examination fees, library deposit and membership in various societies shall be payable wherever applicable. Also, the fees payable for each Semester may be subject to change and will be payable as fixed by the University/Government, during the course of the academic year.

Eligibilty for Admission to Second Year L.L.B. Degree Course
Only candidates who have passed the First Semester examination of the First Year L.L.B. shall be eligible for admission to the Second Year L.L.B.
 
Eligibilty for Admission to Third Year L.L.B. Degree Course
Only candidates who have passed the First, Second and Third Semester examination shall be eligible for admission to the Third Year L.L.B.
 
Eligibilty for Candidates from other Universities
Irrespective of the above, the University may grant eligibility to students migrating from other universities depending upon the nature of the course and subjects passed by them to a particular year/semester.

For Indian Students : INR 350.00
For NRI Students : INR 1250.00
For Foreign Students : INR 2500.00
Admission Fee for Foreign Students : US $500
Issue of Migration Certificate : INR 300.00
Issue of Duplicate Registration Card : INR 50.00
