The college offers two degree programmes. A three year degree programme for persons who are graduates in any field and a five year honours programme for persons who have completed HSSC or equivalent. A post graduate degree programme is also offered in either criminology or human rights. The college is also a recognized research centre for the Ph.d in law. A certificate course in civil law is conducted annually from January to February in association with the faculty of law, Lisbon University. The course is of six weeks duration, and a senior faculty from Lisbon takes class for each week.
